Delete Your UQonnect Account

UQonnect will allow eligible users to permanently delete their account and associated personal information, subject to limited legal retention requirements.

Feature in development. Permanent in-app account deletion must be implemented before the iOS App Store submission. This page is prepared now so the public privacy path is ready.

Delete from the app

Once available, open UQonnect and navigate to your account settings. Choose the account deletion option and follow the confirmation steps. UQonnect may require reauthentication to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

What deletion means

Permanent deletion is different from temporarily deactivating an account. After a valid deletion request is completed, UQonnect will delete or de-identify account information and associated personal data except information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction-record or regulatory purposes.
